These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Riverdance Soapworks website and purchases from Riverdance Soapworks LLC ("Riverdance Soapworks," "Riverdance," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced within them.

Products & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products.

Many Riverdance Soapworks products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, natural variations may occur between batches and individual products.

Variations may include differences in:

Color
Pattern or swirl
Shape
Finished weight
Botanical placement
Texture
Fragrance appearance or intensity
Other characteristics inherent to handcrafted production

Product photographs are intended to represent the product but may not depict the exact individual item you receive.

Minor handcrafted variations are not considered product defects.

Product availability may change without notice.

Product Information

Ingredient information and product descriptions are provided for informational purposes.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use, particularly when they have known allergies or sensitivities.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, statements regarding our bath, body and personal-care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on the website and may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate. However, typographical, technical or pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, Riverdance Soapworks reserves the right to contact the customer to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs charges or other fees may be added where appropriate.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Riverdance Soapworks reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payment

Payment is required according to the terms presented during checkout or otherwise agreed upon for wholesale, private-label or custom orders.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their applicable terms and policies.

Shipping

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Most in-stock orders are processed within approximately 3 business days, although processing times may vary during high-volume periods or for custom products.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Riverdance Soapworks.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

Only eligible unopened and unused products may be returned.

Sale and clearance products are final sale.

International sales are final except when Riverdance Soapworks ships an incorrect product.

Subscriptions

Some Riverdance products may be available through recurring subscriptions.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges according to the frequency and price disclosed when you subscribe.

Subscriptions may be canceled before the next order processes.

Once a subscription order has processed, that order is nonrefundable.

Canceling a subscription prevents future subscription orders but does not retroactively cancel an order that has already processed.

Subscription prices, product availability or program terms may change. When required, appropriate notice will be provided before changes take effect.

Custom & Private-Label Products

Custom and private-label orders may be subject to separate quotes, specifications, development fees, deposits, minimum quantities, production schedules and other written terms.

Once production of a custom or private-label product has begun, the order is nonreturnable and nonrefundable except when Riverdance Soapworks has failed to produce the product according to the mutually approved specifications.

Development work, custom formulation, consultations, custom stamps, molds, packaging, labels and other client-specific expenses may become nonrefundable once the associated work or ordering has begun.

When separate written terms or an approved quote apply to a private-label or custom project, those project-specific terms will control in the event of a conflict regarding that project.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Riverdance Soapworks name, branding, website content, product photography, text, graphics, product names, designs and other original content are owned by or licensed to Riverdance Soapworks LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed or commercially used without authorization.

Private-label intellectual-property rights may be governed by separate written agreements between Riverdance Soapworks and the applicable client.

Acceptable Website Use

You may not use our website:

For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
To interfere with website security or operation
To attempt unauthorized access to systems or information
To transmit malicious code
To misuse Riverdance Soapworks intellectual property
To place fraudulent orders or provide intentionally false information

Third-Party Services

Our website may rely upon or link to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, shipping carriers, ecommerce services and social-media platforms.

Riverdance Soapworks is not responsible for the independent operation, content or policies of third-party services.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every product will be available at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Riverdance Soapworks LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our website, products or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
