Deb’s hands-on approach is evident in every corner of the business; whether she’s fixing equipment, handling production, or managing sales and finances, her dedication shines through. Her leadership and passion not only drive the company's success but also inspire her team and customers alike.

Meet a dedicated member of the Riverdance Soapworks family, Ellory. Whose journey with us began right from the start, culminating in officially joining the team in 2023. This long-standing connection fuels her passion for our products, especially the Woodsman soap and the conditioner bar, the latter being a go-to for its remarkable hair benefits. Beyond the shop, she cherishes time with family and seizes every opportunity to escape to the beach. Her deep-rooted bond with Riverdance and enthusiasm for our offerings make Ellory a valuable and vibrant part of our team.

Hendrix has been working for Riverdance Soapworks since she was only 3. She has many more years under her belt now and is well trained on making most of the products. She even helps to train our new team members! Hendrix’s favorite product to make is the whipped sugar scrub and she’s a body butter master!

Meet Wendee, a dedicated member of the Riverdance Soapworks family since 2019. With a passion for crafting our delightful products, Wendee ensures each item is made with care and quality. Outside of work, she embraces life's adventures through reading, hiking, traveling, and cherishing moments with her favorite people. Her vibrant spirit and commitment to excellence shine through everything she does, making her a cherished part of our team and a relatable figure for our valued customers.

For 20 years, I've cherished Riverdance Soapworks' shampoo & conditioner soap bars, laundry soap, and kitchen soap bar. These products have been indispensable in my daily life, showcasing unmatched quality and natural goodness. Since joining the Riverdance team, I've been inspired by the passionate, supportive environment. It's a joy to work with a company that reflects my values of quality and sustainability.

Nina joined the Riverdance Team in 2025. She quickly started working at our Olympia Farmers Market booth and you can still find her there a couple days each week. She’s no stranger to the market though! Nina has been going to the market with her grandma since she was little. She always loved the fun energy at the market, but now that she is an adult and has the opportunity to work there, she loves the connection to the community and our customers. Nina has learned all kinds of recipes and is now making soap!

Sarah is the newest member of the Riverdance team! She joined us in August and is learning all of the products - practicing the techniques and learning the recipes that make Riverdance products so amazing.

Aidan joined the Riverdance family in August and has jumped in with both feet! He is thoroughly enjoying working down at the Olympia Farmers Market, slinging soap and connecting with our community. He loves those busy days, that are full of energy. He is learning all about our products and is mastering the recipes. You’ll also see some of Aidan’s handywork on our social media pages as he has started creating some of the product and behind-the-scenes clips we post! Outside of work, Aidan is a huge music fan! You can find him attending several concerts, making his own music, and hanging out with family and friends.
